They did what on the last hand??? Colby Burke and John Stimmel, did what?!?!?

It is as if the last game of the season ended in a fairy tale fashion but how did your Prince Charming end up?  Lets find out.

The players started showing up around 7:15 or so and were greeted with the usual Joe's Stone Crab Chopped Salad and Branzino with Vegetables from the Dolce at Icon South Beach.  After such a delicious meal it was time to get down to business.  Lets bring everyone up to speed on the current rankings as only the top 3 places get paid out at the end of the year.

Brandon Weitz and Dan Scala fight for 1st and 2nd place while John Stimmel and  Jason Spiewak fight for 3rd and 4th place.

Then you have the bottom tiered players such as Tim Dornford, Colby Burke, Bwoww, Jarett Shapiro and Jordan Fein.

Sadly enough the only player that was not in attendance was Jarett Shapiro who I have made a living feasting off his measly poker hands.  Have you ever taken candy from a baby?  I have.

As the poker chips went oftern and early to Jason Spiewak as Dan Scala and I were losing but then the tides turned.  As a Tsunami is synonymous with Asians, Chips were sure to typhoon my way and they certainly did.  A commanding lead was taken and there was no looking back....or was there?

It was time for an intermission as I was getting tired from raking in all the chips so we had Key Lime Pie from Joes Stone Crab and Chocolate cake with pistachio ice cream.  This is what we like to call sweet victory.

But the seas were angry my friends, and Jason Spiewak called a huge raise only to hit exactly what he needed on the turn!  Its as if I took a 1-2 punch from Manny Pacquiao but just like I brushed those baby punches off I took the huge hit with glorious vengeance winning the next hand.  At this point John Stimmel woke up from the table and noticed his 3rd place was gone by the resurgence of Jason spiewak.  But Dan Scala and I are neck to neck, what will happen as the time ticks down to 11pm?

Then the mother load hit and pocket kings hit my way.  I slowly called the blind but much to my amazement no one took the bait and a few people limped in and Dan Scala hit trips 3's!  The damage was done, stick a knife in me I am done we all thought but wait....What is the picture with the court jester all about?  Why is John Stimmel and Colby Burke wearing court jester costumes?  What could they have done?  Only a hail marry could save me now and then it happened.  On the last hand of the night when I am down $80, Jester Colby says "Allll In",  Jester John Stimmel follows up with a call.  The trap has been set like mice looking for cheese, and I go All In making Jester Stimmel pot committed.  They turn over their cards and they have NOTHING!  Brandon makes a miraculous comeback like the Russians in the 1980 olympics, it was all over!  The chips all flowed to the two time champion, Dan Scala is going crazy folks, he cant believe what he has just seen!

The chips are counted and I am crowned two time back to back champion with a $2 victory after 5 months it seemed unbelievable!  But the math was off, they asked for a recount as if it was Gore-Bush all over again and once again the true winner got screwed.  After the recount Dan Scala won, the grief left his face as he raised his arms and cheered around finally dethroning the greatest poker player on Earth.  

My followers, I promise you this.  I will have my belt back, I will have my belt back.....

The Title is up for grabs Thursday night!!! Mayweather v Pacquiao Prediction

We are only one day away from what we are all been waiting for.  The poker finals happens tomorrow night and only one person will be crowned.  More Exciting then Mayweather and Pacquiao is going to be Weitz vs Scala II.

Winning back to back Championships is unheard of by I will be putting my title on the line and there is only one person that can possibly catch me, Dan Scala aka Magic Mahoney Baggs.  Only 2 weeks ago we saw a huge upset in which Brandon lost in Fantasy Baseball but can lighting strike twice in one month?  The consensus within the poker world is it would be impossible.

In other news, Team Brandon has taken a commanding lead over Will's Giggity Giggity team.

Mayweather wins in UD, remember it is boxing it will not be exciting and way over-hyped but the outcome will be the same.  Mayweather slows down PacMan in a 12 round decision.

Fantasy Baseball Update! Eddie Lanza shows the league he belongs!

Happy Monday Everybody!!  Quickly you forget it is Monday once you dive into the worlds greatest Blog.  So lets get into what you all have been waiting for.

We must congratulate Eddie Lanza manager of El Yanks this week with a blowout win over Maracas and Caracas.  Then again anyone playing Maracas and Caracas seems to be getting an easy win these day.  With an 11-3 win this week, El Yanks climbs all the way up to the #2 ranking in the league and plays Magic Mahoney Baggs this week which is the match up the week.

El Yanks hitting and pitching was on last week but can he duplicate it again this week against MMB?  Stay Tuned....

In other news, Team Brandon edges out another win by just 1 point and goes up against Giggity Giggity (Will Gendron), not much to report except his team sucks.  I will win.

Poker Finals Next Week, Who will be the champ? Who will Choke? Who just sucks???

The poker world was shocked last night.  Dan Scala had a huge lead with three weeks left but now with only 1 week left on the books, I have coming storming back.  Next week will be an epic conclusion to the poker year and only 1 person will be crowned 2014-2015 champion.  Do you think I will hold the very small lead or will Dan take back what he thinks is rightfully his?

 But every year it seems to be Dan and I at the top of the leaderboard with Dr Lemmits trailing behind but who actually sucks??

Here are a list of players that just plain old suck, but do not take my word for it take the rankings:

Last place by a long shot Jordan Fein (old name on Venmo was JGettingPaperFein which he had to change), check his venmo name out now because the only paper he has is toilet paper the way he places.

In second to last place Shap, when was the last time he actually cashed out at the end of the night?  better yet when was the last time he won a hand.

In a close third place is Bwoww, but we cant make fun of him to much because he hosts the best poker game on the beach.

Now regarding the rules that everyone keeps complaining about, read below because like usual I am right.

MISDEALS

1. The following circumstances cause a misdeal, provided attention is called to the error before two players have acted on their hands. (If two players have acted in turn, the deal must be played to conclusion, as explained in rule #2)
   1. The first or second card of the hand has been dealt faceup or exposed through dealer error.
   2. Two or more cards have been exposed by the dealer.
   3. Two or more boxed cards (improperly faced cards) are found.
   4. Two or more extra cards have been dealt in the starting hands of a game.
   5. An incorrect number of cards has been dealt to a player, except the top card may be dealt if it goes to the player in proper sequence.
   6. Any card has been dealt out of the proper sequence (except an exposed card may be replaced by the burncard).
   7. The button was out of position.
   8. The first card was dealt to the wrong position.
   9. Cards have been dealt to an empty seat or a player not entitled to a hand.
   10. A player has been dealt out who is entitled to a hand. This player must be present at the table or have posted a blind or ante.
2. Once action begins, a misdeal cannot be called. The deal will be played, and no money will be returned to any player whose hand is fouled. In button games, action is considered to occur when two players after the blinds have acted on their hands. In stud games, action is considered to occur when two players after the forced bet have acted on their hands.

Even The Blind Squirrel Finds The Nut Sometimes......

Yes my beloved followers, it is true.  Magic Mahoney Baggs had a stunning, miraculous, and lucky victory over me this past week.  It was an instant back and forth classic but the final result was 6-7 MMB.  He is a blind squirrel and even they find the nut once in awhile.

The fact that he needed a perfect week to beat me really shows how dominate my team really is, so posts like this will be rare.  Needless to say, he actually picked up a Pitcher for a spot start which is pretty pathetic and that is the reason he barely beat me.

But do NOT worry my loyal followers, there is only one way I know how to get revenge and that will be in Week 13.  Make sure you are in town in 10 weeks from now because you will not want to miss this!!!!!!

THE LINE HAS BEEN DRAWN!!!!!

Rules have been broken, words have been exchanged, Fantasy Baseball is coming down to the wire and all the while I woke up to a Flat Tire.....  How could this be?  When Dan Scala stormed out of the poker game screaming bloody murder!  Upset  because I was taking everyones money and that my fantasy team is on the up, could Dan Scala have gone to his melting point?

Today is the day Team Brandon seeks vengeance on his weak counter part because not only did I buy a new tire, I also send two Elite pitchers to the mound today.

Magic Mahoney Baggs you crossed the LINE!!!! and now you will pay dearly with your weak batting average and mediocre players.  Welcome to the big leagues, little boy.

We shall see who is victorious and see who really has Merovingian Bloodline (jesus) running through them.

Chase Utley runs his way through Team Brandon to help MMB take an 8-6 Lead

After years of irrelevance, Chase Utley has a huge game which give Magic Mahoney Baggs an 8-6 lead going into Wednesday.  Surprisingly a guy that would not even make the cut on my team, has put up a monster game but we all know it is very early in the week.

MMB puts KC Starter Edison Volquez on the mound today while Team Brandon has no starters today.


I will update everyone on Thursday where the Head to Head Stats are so you get a better idea of where we stand going into the weekend.

It's Tuesday with a long week ahead of us for Fantasy Baseball.  But will this picture possibly hold against one of the greatest Fantasy Baseball teams in history?  Magic Mahoney Baggs flew in on a red eye this morning on Delta Airlines and he looks poised for a rebound week after a tie.  The main issue is Team Brandon has already sent three pitchers to the mound and two more today.  

Looks like he is going to have to use some Axe Deodorant and take off that king hat because Team Brandon is gunning for last years First place finisher in the regular season.

Here are some pictures from our Helicopter that we were able to take.  This is at The Cove in Bahamas, for only a 40 minute flight it is worth it.  On the way over to the hotels you are going to want to stop in for some Fish Fry in the village.

Way more money flying around in the Bahamas compared to Vegas which was surprising.  Luckily everyone did pretty good on gambling so there will be a return trip for sure.  Nightlife and casino was good enough.

Mesa Grill had pretty good food, my phone wasnt working or else I would have some sick pictures like I usually do.

As expected it was an easy win for the best team, TeamBrandon.  Just look how happy Maracas and Caracas were in this picture just a week before.  Now their dreams have been crushed and their season will be tarnished with a crappy team.  Even better news for me this week is Team Brandon goes up against Dan Scala for a classic battle.  Maybe I will even give Live Office updates of Dan crying when my team dominates.

The moral of the story is, when you go up against Team Brandon, you get tagged like these guys.  But I am pretty sure you didnt even need a big yellow LOSER sign on their head to figure that out.

Maracas and Caracas still has no answer for Team Brandon, and the Winner of the Masters revealed!

Sometimes life isn't fair and if you are Maracas and Caracas then this is a perfect example in life.  There is just no answer to Team Brandon who was able to bat over .300 and another perfect pitching night but do we expect anything less?  Brandon Weitz does have the most titles out of anyone in this league for Football, Baseball and Basketball so it comes at no surprise.

Let's see where Maracas and Caracas screwed up yesterday....  They batted a measly .098 with only 4 hits the whole day.  He wouldve been better off if his players just stayed in bed all day.

Overall the score is now 8-4 and lets hope for his sake things dont get out of hand.

Fantasy Baseball, Fantasy Survivor, Todays Shows and Poker Tonight

Now that I am one of the hottest trending bloggers, there has been a huge outcry for more material and insight from my fans.  Do not worry because when the people ask for it, I will give them the material they want.

FANTASY BASEBALL

We wont dive too much into Fantasy Baseball today since not much has changed.
Yesterday only had a few games and I still hold a commanding 9-4 lead over Maracas and Caracas (Mike Martinez and Salo) but there are more matchups to report on that are quite intriguing:

Magic Mahoney Baggs (Daniel Scala ) vs Giggity Giggity (Will Gendron ) is in a tight race right now at 6-7 respectively.  I am sure the class of 74 Sig Ep is really putting on their rally caps for MMB.

However there is an upsetting matchups with one of our own Tanaka's Marbles (Rocco Savage ) to Brody's Squad ( Benjamin Wander ).  Tanaka is currently down 0-14.

After this week ends we will see how this league is truly segregated between the Good Guys and The Others.  There has been bad blood between the two sides for years but I will leave this argument for another time.


FANTASY SURVIVOR

Watch Tonight as the tribes merged last week.  Oddly enough Dan Scala is in first place right now with 42 points and he has all 5 players remaining, he got lucky last week when one of his players played an idol.  I am close behing with 37 points and Kelly Stein with 36 points.

Lets make sure we root for Joe, Tyler, Carolyn and Jenn to survive this week and we hope Shirin has as much survivor skills as his owner Dan Scala.  I see a lot of similarities between the two and if you havent watched make sure you do.


TODAY'S SHOWS

We got a good variety on today and we wanted to touch on this so if you are at home reading this blog or at work now everyone can be on the same schedule.
The Big Deal starts at 10am, followed by Price is right at 11am, Maury Povich rerun is at 12 but we do have a Detroit Tigers game on today as well so we like to flip back and forth between the two.  After the game the brings us to Maury Povich at 4pm which is typically new and then 1 hour of Family Feud.

POKER

As last years number 1 ranked player, it was usually obvious who was bringing home the bacon but there are some new sheriffs in town.  Jason Spiewack has proven to plays any and every hand with no regards to his money as we both bought in 13 times last week.  But times are going to have to change if Jason and I want to get back in the running.  Dr Lemmits is closely behind and currently in First is Dan Scala. Jordan Fein has been on the bottom of the standing since week 1 and he was on pace to break every bad record in the book, but he has turned it around with 2 weeks in a row with the highest winnings.

I typically like to dive more into these topics but I am running low on time.  These are all new topics so I am giving you the background on these topics.  Now next week we can get more into the nitty and gritty of everything.  Bye for now

Team Brandon gets off to an early 9-3 lead on Opening Day

Team Brandon ( Brandon Weitz ) took an early lead over Maracas and Caracas.  The pitching staff from Team Brandon was just too overpowering for anyone to handle at this point especially a low life like Maracas and Caracas.

Mike Trout and JD Martinez both went deep in their first at bats of the season but that is all the damage they did but the surprising players were the great KC picks Team Brandon capitalized on.

Lets look into how Maracas and Caracas really got off to a slow start:  3 players did not even get a hit and he didnt even have a full starting lineup.  What a mistake to make against one of the strongest teams in the league.  But that didnt slow him down as his pitching was off to a great start but low and behold by the time Team Brandon and Maracas and Caracas woke up this morning the damage was done.

Josh Collmeter on Arizona was actually in his starting lineup and he got rocked.  Who made this executive decision?  Could it have been Martinez, could it have been Salo, or could it have been an oversight?  Either way decisions like this really can transform a mediocre team into a terrible team and that is the direction Maracas is headed.

Brandon Weitz drafted one of the greatest Fantasy Baseball team in the history of Fantasy Baseball.  Going up against Mike Martinez and his long time friend Salo, each team new they were in for a fight.  But it was to little to early for Maracas and Caracas (Mike M Team) as Brandon Weitz unleashed a flurry from hell by the name of Adam Wainwright.

Only the future may hold what will become of Team Brandon (Brandon Weitz) as they take an early lead going into the first week of the season.  Brandon Weitz pitching staff has been compared to that of legendary proportions with David Price, Strasburg, Wainwright and closers the world has never seen before.
